As you travel through this iconic region, you'll encounter a diverse array of wildlife, from vast herds of wildebeest and zebras to majestic elephants, giraffes, and lions. If the timing aligns with the Great Migration, you'll witness one of nature’s most spectacular events, with massive herds moving across the plains.
After a day full of adventure, you'll settle into your camp, allowing time to unwind and take in the tranquil surroundings. As evening sets in, enjoy a delicious dinner under the stars, reflecting on the day’s unforgettable experiences and the incredible wildlife you’ve encountered.

The day begins early with a thrilling morning game drive, where you'll witness large herds of wildebeest and zebras as they migrate toward the Grumeti River. Keep a watchful eye for predators such as lions, leopards, and cheetahs, who often lurk nearby, ready to hunt.
After a scenic picnic lunch, you’ll continue your journey into the Western Corridor of Serengeti, a region known for its lush landscapes and abundant wildlife. This area provides yet more opportunities to encounter iconic species, including giraffes, buffaloes, and elephants. As the day draws to a close, you'll enjoy a breathtaking sunset over the Serengeti plains, a perfect way to end another exhilarating day of adventure.

On your third day in the Serengeti, start early with a morning game drive, where you'll have the chance to spot wildlife such as lions, elephants, and leopards in a variety of habitats. As you drive through the diverse landscapes, you'll encounter different ecosystems that support an array of fascinating species.
Around midday, enjoy a relaxing picnic lunch under the shade of a tree, surrounded by the sounds of nature and the beauty of the Serengeti. After lunch, continue your exploration, venturing deeper into the park for more wildlife sightings and incredible photo opportunities.
As the sun begins to set, take a moment to appreciate the stunning views and the vibrant colors of the African sky, bringing an end to yet another unforgettable day in the Serengeti.

Narudi Tented Camp
After a hearty breakfast at your hotel, you'll set off at 6:30 AM for a scenic drive to Ngorongoro Crater, a journey that will take approximately 4-5 hours. The drive through the lush highlands offers stunning views of the surrounding landscapes.
Arriving around 10:30 AM, you’ll begin your descent into the crater for a full-day game drive. This vast caldera, home to a wide range of wildlife, offers a unique ecosystem and provides excellent opportunities to spot the Big Five—lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, and rhinos.
At 12:30 PM, you'll pause for a picnic lunch inside the crater, surrounded by the dramatic landscape. Afterward, continue your game viewing at 1:30 PM, keeping an eye out for more wildlife and enjoying the breathtaking views.
Around 4:30 PM, you'll begin your ascent from the crater and drive to Karatu, a short 20-minute journey. By 6:00 PM, unwind with a delicious dinner and settle in for the night at your accommodation in Karatu, reflecting on your incredible day in one of Africa’s most iconic locations.

Eileen's Trees Inn
On your fifth day, start with a hearty breakfast at the hotel at 7:00 AM before heading to Tarangire National Park at 8:00 AM. Known for its large herds of elephants, the park offers incredible wildlife sightings, with elephants often bathing in the Tarangire River. You’ll also encounter giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and, if you're lucky, cheetahs and leopards.
Tarangire is a birdwatcher’s paradise, with over 500 species recorded. Keep an eye out for vibrant yellow-collared lovebirds and the striking lilac-breasted roller as you explore the park's picturesque landscapes, dotted with ancient baobab trees.
At 12:30 PM, enjoy a picnic lunch in the park, surrounded by nature. Afterward, continue your game drive from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM, venturing deeper into the park for more wildlife encounters and stunning scenery.
Around 4:00 PM, begin your drive to Arusha, a journey that will take approximately 1-2 hours.
